this loan company is a VERY last resort company to get a mortgage. They take fees and more fees, do not miss a payment because their nsf fees are 250 and a 300 sent to collections fee right away no chance to pay a couple of days later. Also they only give one year mortgages, and if you want to continue for each year they charge a lawyer fee of around 2000. As one of the other people said THEY WILL OWN YOUR HOME WITH THEIR FEES. I would not recommend at all.

They pretend to be helpful in the beginning. Once you are in, they stop answering your emails and phone calls. Then, before you know it, they are taking your familys home right out from under you!!!!
Be very cautious. Does not return phone calls send other people information to you. They cashed a mortgage cheque after they had been paid in full 12 days earlier caused problems in my account and can not even return calls. A lot of hidden feed. Do your research before using
